  • Eligibility: Must be 18 years old or older and not enrolled in high school. Must be residing in Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Milpitas, Saratoga, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, Monte Sereno or the unincorporated areas of Santa Clara County. Must read or write at an 8th grade level or lower and able to understand and communicate in basic English to complete an assessment with a Literacy Specialist. Must be willing to meet with a tutor 2 hours a week for at 6 months minimum.
